TASTY SERIES 2

 

Tasty series is a collaboration of two sisters Bella and Nensi Avetisian starring FW22 pieces and their family recipes interpreted in a modern way with imitation of FW22 collection’s distinctive features.

As a result three desserts were made:

Chopped dried apricots and figs
Sesame paste caramel with macadamia nuts
Crispy filo ring with caramel and nuts
Coffee mousse structure

Sablé sand base with thyme leaves
Almond sponge with cherry slices
Thyme gel
Crispy wild berries crunchy filo ring
Cherry confiture structure

 

FW22 BAG X MULBERRY TARRAGON
Sablé sand base with mulberry puree and tarragon leaves
Fluffy tarragon sponge 
Homemade jam black walnuts 
Apricot confiture with tarragon
Crispy filo ring with black walnuts
Mulberry confiture structure
